Paul along with his wife, Jacquelin, use holistic approach to early childhood education.  Encouraging students to focus on their individual interest.  Offering support when needed and using open ended question to expand their thought process. We are also foster parents.

Paul has owned and operated Wonderland Preschool from over twenty years. He also is a part time realtor.  Previously. Paul was employed by a fortune 500 company as a Market Training Manager.  In this capacity Paul implemented a training program for managers for fast food service to run profitable bottom line.   while being aware of having a team which included diversity, equity and inclusion. 

Paul holds an Associates of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and is a believer in continued education.  He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Master Degree in Organizational Leadership.

My motivation to start this nonprofit was my awareness that in the recent past years there has been an increased population of child who appear on the autism spectrum along. Assistance can be difficult to find and being bilingual (English and Spanish) along with being a preschool teacher puts me in a position to be a benefit for parents and their child who are in need resources
