We aim to be a beacon of hope and a voice for those who struggle with these challenges, working in collaboration with families, healthcare professionals, and the community to create an environment of understanding, acceptance, and equal opportunities.

We aim to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families, inspiring others to join our commitment to building a more inclusive and hopeful future for all.

As CEO of the Thrive Global Foundation INC, Cinthya Bardales leads the organization in service of our mission – to promote child development, access to care, and self-sufficiency to children and their families challenged by neurological conditions.

Jacquelin De Martinez

Business owner/preschool teacher

Jacquelin is proud of her Hispanic heritage.  She has traveled extensively.  Which has made her acutely aware of diversities in cultures. She brings this knowledge to her classroom to enrich her student lives.

Administrator and Educator

Paul along with his wife, Jacquelin, use holistic approach to early childhood education.  Encouraging students to focus on their individual interest.  Offering support when needed and using open ended question to expand their thought process. We are also foster parents.

María José is a passionate and dedicated professional who graduated in Nutrition from the San Ignacio de Loyola University (USIL). Her academic training at this prestigious institution provided her with a solid theoretical and practical foundation in the field of nutrition, allowing her to thoroughly understand the principles of healthy eating and its impact on human health.
