As CEO of the Thrive Global Foundation INC, Cinthya Bardales leads the organization in service of our mission – to promote child development, access to care, and self-sufficiency to children and their families challenged by neurological conditions. Knowing that we cannot achieve that mission alone, she brings a deep commitment to building partnerships and ensuring that the culture of the foundation directly enables the impact we aspire to have. Cinthya has experienced diversity by studying both abroad and as well as in the United States. She has collaborated with different organizations to uplift children with both health and learning challenges. Cinthya holds a Bachelor in Biology and a Master in Biotechnology Management. She strongly believes in continued education to stay abreast of new advancements.
