About Me

Jacquelin De Martinez

Jacquelin is proud of her Hispanic heritage.  She has traveled extensively.  Which has made her acutely aware of diversities in cultures. She brings this knowledge to her classroom to enrich her student lives.

Jacquelin has been a preschool teacher and foster parent for approximately 20 years. She is a business owner of Bucket List Travel Agency.  She is happily married with children.

Jacquelin holds a Bachelors Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Organizational leadership.  She uses her education to teach diversity and inclusion by speaking primarily Spanish and American Sign language to the students.

Jacquelin’s motivation for create THRIVE a non-profit organization to assist families connect with resources was her awareness of how over her 20 years of teaching there are a greater number of students who are on the autism spectrum. Her goal is to create environments of learning though art, music and alternative therapies to enrich lives of the children and their families.
